Q. Can my child use this website?
A. To register and use this website you must be 18 years or older. We do encourage your child to be part of the process but only users over the age of 18 can order.
Q. I have an idea for a product?
A. We are always looking for new product ideas but cannot guarantee it will be available to order. Please send any suggestions to lifetouch@certifiedcustomercare.com.
Q. How do I contact my local territory office?

Q: How do I pay for the portraits that came home with my child from school?
A: To pay for portraits that came home with your child from school you can either (a) return check or money order payment directly to your school or (b) pay by credit card online by going to mylifetouch.com. Please return to photogifts.lifetouch.com to order additional prints and photo gifts.

Creating a Lifetouch Photo Gift Center account

To create an account:

  1. Click 'Get Started' on the home page.
  2. Fill in the registration and claim information. Make sure to read over the 'terms and conditions'.
  3. Click 'Create Account' to create your account.

Signing into the website

Once you have an existing account with Lifetouch, you can directly sign in from the home page.

Enter your username and password and click on 'Sign In'.

If you are not able to remember your password to sign in, please click on 'Forgot your password?' to reset your password via email.

Privacy and Image Security

Q. Will my child's photo or information be shared with anyone?
A. No. For students photographed by Lifetouch and attending a participating school, initial photo access claim codes are distributed to parents and are valid for a single use only. When you first visit this website you will have an opportunity to set up a password-protected User Account. When you create a User Account and enter your photo access codes to claim your child’s photo, you are authorizing Lifetouch to transmit it to the website for your viewing, purchase and/or sharing subject to these Terms and Conditions. Until a photo is claimed by a valid user, it is securely stored and encrypted. No one else will have access to your image unless you share the image or your User Account login and password with others. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of the password and username you establish when you create your User Account. For more information please view our privacy policy.
Lifetouch does not sell, trade or share the information you provide us through this website with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information please view our privacy policy.
Q. How long will my access code work?
A. Your initial access code will be valid for approximately 90 days after it is initially delivered to you. For more information please view our privacy policy.
Q. How long will my child's photo be stored?
A. Your photos will be available on this site for purchase until December 31, 2009 after which time they will be permanently deleted. For more information please view our privacy policy.

Lifetouch Portraits

Claiming and viewing a portrait

  1. Create an account or log into the Lifetouch Photo Gift Center.
  2. Enter your Lifetouch Portrait ID and Access Code from your reorder insert.
  3. If you have further questions, view the How to Get Started section on the Photogifts home page.

Uploading Candid Images

Q. How do I upload candid images?
A. Once you’ve selected the Photogift you want to customize you will see a button titled “Get Photos” on the right hand side of the Photogifts site. This button is directly below the “My Photos” heading.

Click the “Get Photos” button to add your candid photos. You will see a pop-up window that instructs you how to upload your photos from your computer to the Photogifts website. When you’ve added all the photos you desire, click the “Finished” button. Finally, you will see your candid photos appear along with your Lifetouch photos in the area below the “Get Photos” button.

The quality of your Photogift will depend on the resolution of the images you upload, and the required resolution will vary based on product, cropping and print size.  You will receive an error message if you attempt to build a product using an image which does not have sufficient resolution to meet our quality standards. If you receive this message, we recommend that you upload an image with a higher resolution.  However, if you choose to purchase an image after receiving this error message, the sale will be final.

Q. Are my candid images stored?
A. Candid images will not be stored in your Lifetouch Photo Gifts account for future use.
Q. Can I share candid images with others?
A. This website does not allow you to share candid images with others.
Q. Can I order different products from a candid image?
A. Yes. However, the images you upload will be available to you only during a single product session. To use the same or additional images to create subsequent products, you will need to upload those images again.
Q. Any suggestions on image resolution for candid images?
A. The quality of your custom products will depend on the resolution of the images you upload, and the required resolution will vary depending on the product, cropping and print size. You will receive an error message if you attempt to build a product using an image which does not have sufficient resolution to meet our quality standards. If you receive this message, we recommend that you upload an image with higher resolution. If you choose to purchase a product after receiving this error message, the sale will be considered final.

My Account

Changing your Password

  1. Login with your user name and password.
  2. Click on the 'My Account' link.
  3. Enter your current password, the new password and confirm.
  4. Click on the button 'save changes' to save the new password.

Viewing your order history

After an order has been placed, you can check on the status of the order.

  1. Login with your user name and password.
  2. Click on the 'my account’ link.
  3. The status of your order will be displayed: processed, in production, or shipped, etc.

Placing an Order

Promotional Codes

Q. I have a coupon/promo code. How does that work on the site?
A. To take advantage of a promotion, you must do 3 things:
  1. Make certain your Cart meets the requirements of the promotion. As an example, if you have an offer for “Buy 2 mugs, Get one Free”, you must place all three mugs into your cart for the promo code to work.
  2. You must then enter the promo code that corresponds to the offer into the field on the left hand side of your Cart that says “Coupon code”.
  3. If you have met the above requirements, click ‘Apply Code’ and you will see your Cart update with the offer.

Example 2: If you have an offer for a “Free 10x13 print with purchase”, you must place a 10x13 print in your cart and enter the promo code to receive it.

Example 3: If you have an offer that states, “Receive 10% off your order of $50 or more,” you must have placed at least $50 worth of merchandise into your Cart. Don’t forget to enter the promo code!

Ordering prints

Q. How do I order prints on the site?
A. After claiming your photos, you can place an order for prints.
  1. Click View Portraits
  2. Click Reorder Portrait.
  3. Enter a quantity for the Portraits you want to order.
  4. Click Add to Cart.
Q. How do I order Photogifts on the site?
  1. Click View All Products, and select the product you want to order.
  2. In some cases, you will then see another page with additional product information.
  3. Click to create that product.
  4. Follow the instructions on the product specific page to configure your Photogift.
  5. Click ‘Add to Cart’ when you are satisfied with your creation.
Q. How do I checkout/purchase my Photogifts and prints?
  1. In your cart, you can change the quantity of each product.
  2. Click ‘Checkout’
  3. Enter your credit card information, billing address, shipping address and select a ship method.
  4. Click ‘Place Order’.
Q. How quickly will my order be produced?
  1. The processing time of your order will vary depending on the product types and quantities ordered from Photogifts. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order. After processing time, the shipping method you select will determine the number of business days from when you can expect delivery.
  2. We ship on non-holiday business days.
Q. I would like to reorder a product but it is not available on your website?
A. Not all of the products you may receive in your portrait package are available online. If there is a product that you would like to reorder that is not on the site please contact your local territory for information on how to order. Contact Local Territory
Q. How do I return a product?

A. All products produced at the Lifetouch Photo Gift Center are customized with your child’s images. We will honor returns if you are not satisfied with the quality. Please contact us at lifetouch@certifiedcustomercare.com to begin the return process.

Return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase and we will either replace the product at no cost to you or refund the original purchase price. Your refund or reprint will take place when we receive your return.
