Find Your Portrait ID

Your Portrait ID and Access Code are located inside your portrait envelope and may be attached to one of your portraits. (See an example at the bottom of this screen.)

School Portraits
- Your Portrait ID is a 14 character alpha-numeric code.
- Your Access Code is a 4 digit alpha-numeric code.

Preschool and Sports Portraits
- Your Portrait ID is an 11 character alpha-numeric code.
- Your Access Code is a 4 digit alpha-numeric code.
